• One-on-one coaching:
The 6-month long program includes 3 phone sessions/month, with opportunity for periodic contact in between sessions – via email or phone.

In your sessions with Kirsten Cronlund you will receive emotional support for what you are going through, you will set goals, and Kirsten will support you in bringing those goals into reality. Kirsten will celebrate in your successes and help you extract learning from “failures.” There will be ample time for your sharing of your divorce story and your hopes and dreams, and Kirsten will also come to each session with a particular focus and often a set of skills she will teach you. This inclusion of an educational component differentiates Lemonade Coaching from many other coaching programs. Kirsten will be a guide and a companion to walk the path with you, offering an open heart, specific and powerful tools, and urging you to go the extra mile. Rich rewards await you.

• Group program:
A more affordable option than one-on-one coaching, the group program also meets for 6 months with 3 phone sessions/month.

The description of the group program mirrors that for one-on-one coaching with two differences:

- The group format offers an opportunity for community support and group sharing. Linking up with others who are going through the same thing you are can provide you with others to turn to during your process.
- Group coaching sessions allow for some discussion, but there is less opportunity for individualized feedback than in the one-on-one coaching.

• Teleclasses:

• Workshops:
In person workshops are available to groups and organizations that are interested in learning and practicing the skills of Lemonade Coaching in a more condensed format. A different kind of learning occurs when people are able to collaborate and talk with one another as they practice the skills. Kirsten Cronlund will act as a compassionate guide, offering support and encouragement as she teaches the valuable skills that lead to success in the divorce process.

Workshops can be planned as one-day or two-day events, and can be customized to the particular needs of the group.

• Seminars:
Seminars are offered for professionals who work with people going through divorce, such as attorneys, counselors, and chaplains. Learning more about the theories of Positive Psychology and coaching - and how they lead to success for your clients - will enable you to be more effective with them and to contribute to the creation of truly collaborative relationships.
